Vertaccount
Vertaccount is a boutique finance and accounting outsourcing provider, founded in 2010, with offices and affiliates in the United States, Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines. It serves hundreds of small and mid-sized enterprises. I built the site in WordPress with Elementor Pro after collaborating with the client on a custom theme: key services from full bookkeeping to global staffing, an industry section covering eleven sectors, a Solutions section pairing common finance pain points with the answers, and a blog carrying the firm's own thought leadership.

Vertaccount is a boutique finance and accounting outsourcing provider, founded in 2010, with offices and affiliates in the United States, Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines, selling to finance leaders rather than to consumers. I worked with the client on a custom theme and then built the site in WordPress with Elementor Pro around the questions a CFO or controller actually asks. Key Services lists what the firm does, from full bookkeeping and payroll processing to 1099 preparation and global staffing. Tailored to Your Industry covers eleven sectors — e-commerce, construction, property management, non-profits, consulting, medical and wellness, food and beverage, retail and wholesale, accounting firms, media and marketing, and sole proprietors. A Solutions section takes the blunt objections head-on, pairing each pain point with its answer, and the Platforms section shows the accounting software the team already works in, from Xero and QuickBooks to Bill.com and Gusto.
The homepage leads with the firm’s numbers in an Our Growth band, then walks a visitor through key services, industries, and platforms before making any pitch. The blog does real marketing work too, covering common accounting mistakes, running a business remotely, work-life harmony through automation, and avoiding tax-season phishing scams — some of it republished from partner publications with permission. A Latest Event sidebar sits beside it so a firm that runs workshops and leadership forums does not look as though it only publishes articles.
Outsourcing firms have a trust problem before they have a marketing problem: a prospective client is being asked to hand over their books to people in another country. What closes that gap is specificity — which services, which industries, which software, and who has already signed. I build WordPress websites for accounting, consulting, and professional services firms where the credentials come before the copy: a service taxonomy that matches how the firm actually sells, an industry section that lets a visitor find their own sector, and a platform list that proves the team will not need retraining on the client’s tools. If you run an outsourcing or professional services firm and want a website that answers those objections, contact me about your finance and accounting outsourcing website.
